Return & Refund Policy

At Pagani Design, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you have the right to return it within 30 days of delivery under the conditions described below.

Return Period

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of receiving your order. After this period, we cannot accept returns.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • All components (e.g., manuals, tags, accessories) must be included.
  • Returns must be shipped back securely to prevent damage in transit.

Returned items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or subject to a partial refund.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not liable for lost return shipments.
  • We do not offer pre-paid return labels.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • We will notify you by email once your refund has been approved and processed.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If the returned item is not in original condition, we may deduct an appropriate amount from your refund.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Items that show signs of wear or damage
  • Items returned after the 30-day period
  • Products that are marked as final sale or non-returnable on the product page

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before the item has shipped. We do not guarantee cancellation requests will be processed in time. Once the item has shipped, you must wait for delivery and then initiate a return.
